ATTORNEY

John Molinar

I was born in Los Angeles and raised in El Paso, Texas, the son of a railroad engineer. I am the oldest of five children and the first in my family to graduate from college. Before beginning my legal career, I spent a year working as a full-time substitute teacher by day and a bartender by night.

I have been married for 33 years to my best friend, Kathy, and we are the proud parents of three accomplished adult children. Outside of work, I enjoy grilling and smoking meats, supporting my Texas Longhorns, and cheering on the Texas Rangers. Each year, my favorite tradition is taking my family on treks to New Mexico, where we indulge in green chili cuisine and relish the quiet of the desert Southwest.

I am also an active member of Toastmasters International, currently serving as club president, and was a 2025 area and division winner in the International Speech Contest, finishing one step short of qualifying for the World Championship of Public Speaking.
